Requirements

  • Proven experience teaching IB French B and IGCSE French Language, with additional experience in French A and Language and Literature French courses preferred.
  • Ability to set clear expectations and ambitious goals, adapting teaching styles based on feedback to ensure optimal student outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of English language curricula and a track record of delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
  • Strong assessment skills to evaluate student progress and provide actionable feedback to enhance performance.
  • Excellent preparation and planning skills, with confidence in integrating ICT into teaching.
  • Genuine care and attention to student welfare, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • A minimum of a university degree and certified teaching status, with appropriate right-to-work documentation.
  • Previous experience teaching Senior and Middle School students (aged 10-18 years) and confidence in managing diverse classroom dynamics.
  • Unwavering commitment to student development and a passion for fostering a love for English.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivating personality with resilience and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic teaching role.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an international mindset and collaborate effectively in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
  • Exhibit expertise and experience teaching IB French B and IGCSE French Language, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in teaching French A and Language and Literature French courses.
