About The Position

Help improve product search results for one of the world’s largest e-commerce retailers!
In Project Whetstone, you’ll evaluate and improve search queries in English, French, or Spanish to ensure shoppers get the most relevant results. Your work will help refine query attribution, spellcheck validation, and search relevance—making the online shopping experience smoother and more accurate.

Requirements

• Knowledge in English and French Language and currently residing in Canada
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable working with online tools and platforms
• Available to commit 15 hours per week
• A laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate search queries in the ADAP platform
• Perform three key tasks: Query Attribution, Spellcheck Validation, and Query Search Relevance
• Ensure accurate, high-quality assessments for each task type
• Commit to 15 hours of work per week
