Laurel Springs School is seeking an experienced and student-centered French & German Teacher to support our Upper School program for the 2026–2027 academic year. This is a fully remote teaching position designed for an educator who is passionate about world language instruction and thrives in a virtual learning environment. The teacher will support students in grades 6–12 across multiple proficiency levels, including advanced coursework, through a combination of asynchronous instruction and live, synchronous interactions, providing personalized guidance, feedback, and academic support. This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in both French and German, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families in a remote setting. Teachers at Laurel Springs support a roster of students in primarily asynchronous courses while providing live instruction, academic coaching, and individualized support as needed. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the World Languages Department, cross-functional school teams, and the Academic Department Chair, and includes involvement in curriculum and program development.
