About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM and customer support software.

  • Background in the Fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with fashion products and terminology.
  • Experience handling international customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
  • Provide information about products, services, and order status.
  • Handle and resolve general complaints and billing issues.
  • Record details of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Ensure appropriate changes are made to resolve problems.
  • Recommend improvements in service and processes.
  • Support sales of new or additional products and services.
  • Prepare change of address records.
