Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
3 - 6 years of experience in airfreight handling and operations desirable
Fluency in English required
Good computer literate
Knowledge of local custom regulations is desirable
Clean driving license
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
Must be willing to work shifts

Responsibilities

Calculation and Planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM
Cargo onload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight
Briefs GHA about off-, on load as well as sequence of loading/unloading
Issuance of loadsheet and completion of Notoc
Coordination of station activities and suppliers
Loads and unloads the aircraft as per loading instruction in accordance with the requirements of the GOM or supervises these functions
Coordinate and monitors the suppliers to ensure punctual performance
Responsibility for aircraft and ramp safety
Ensures that all work is carried out according to documented quality manual procedures, and promotes a preventative culture using the tools provided
Participate in other duties as assigned
