As a Freight Brokerage Sales Representative, you will play a high-impact role, driving new business growth by engaging with customers through phone and email. We are looking for high-energy, results-driven individuals who love to sell and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, customer service, and operations. Equipped with the necessary tools and resources, you will have the autonomy to develop and execute an entry strategy targeting truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) customers. This salary plus uncapped commission position will report to the Director of Transportation. You will need to be located in or near Neenah, Wisconsin, or Dallas, Texas.
