About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Freight Broker to join our team full-time at our on-site location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing new business, building and managing a robust book of business, and ensuring exceptional customer service through effective communication and account management.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience
• Passion for Sales and Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Develop New Business and Build Strong Customer Relationships
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Proficiency in Software Skills and a Willingness to Learn

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but Not Required
• Experience in the Logistics Industry is a Plus
