About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role involves operating machinery, assisting with production tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of working in a cold environment/freezer
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and complete repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machinery and assist with routine maintenance.
• Lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Clean and maintain the department during downtime
• Operate a sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
