eJam is a performance marketing company that builds and scales direct-to-consumer brands through data-driven creative. Video is at the center of everything we do—from scroll-stopping UGC to structured, conversion-focused ad creatives that scale across paid platforms. We’re looking for experienced freelance videographers who are fluent in UGC-style content but are not limited by it. If you can shoot authentic, native-feeling UGC and know how to light, frame, direct, and adapt to different creative formats—this role is for you. You’ll be producing performance-driven video content used in paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. This includes: UGC-style videos (authentic, native, creator-led) Structured performance ads (hooks, problem/solution, proof, CTA) Product demos & lifestyle footage B-roll and supporting visual assets Multi-angle, multi-format shoots designed for iteration and testing UGC is a core output, but we’re not looking for “UGC-only” creators—we want well-rounded videographers who can flex across styles as needed.
