Requirements
- Deep understanding of contemporary youth culture, subcultures, emerging trends, and digital/social landscapes, particularly within the fashion, beauty, music, and luxury sectors.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a strategy role within a creative agency, media company, or relevant cultural organization, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, culturally-led campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex cultural insights and data into clear, compelling creative strategies and actionable client recommendations.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including cultural auditing, trend forecasting, consumer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, capable of pitching sophisticated strategies to senior clients and internal teams with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Production, Account Management) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
