Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Asana and Slack
  • Proven track record managing marketing programs
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Highly organized with an ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Preferred residency within LA or San Diego, ability to work PST hours
  • Travel 10-15% to onsite locations as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Creative Technology or Marketing agency, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of marketing programs while managing the project ecosystem, timelines, and task dependencies specifically within Asana
  • Act as a key point of contact for the leadership team to streamline communication and ensure high-level visibility on project status
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and quality
  • Provide regional production support and coordination for events and activations
  • Interface directly with executive leadership to identify potential bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions to keep projects on track
  • Adapt to a phased workload, transitioning from initial project ramp-up to increased operational capacity as milestones require
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned
