About The Position

As a Freelance Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will own lifecycle campaigns end-to-end—from planning and testing to execution and measurement. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Data Science, Audience & Measurement, and Marketing partners across global teams, working to redefine how CRM and owned channel marketing drive both business growth and user engagement.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven B2C marketing experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or engagement marketing.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Interactive Studio (or equivalent ESP).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of data-based decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with global peers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, mobile, and direct messaging.
  • Plan campaigns using existing blueprints, while helping the team evolve and optimize them.
  • Lead the use of automation, trigger-based messaging, and dynamic content to scale lifecycle programs.
  • Drive 1:1 personalization at scale through CRM models, content, and user insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to inform future iterations.
  • Contribute to a test-and-learn strategy, embedding a continuous cycle of optimization.
  • Stay ahead of CRM and lifecycle marketing trends, technologies, and innovations to bring new thinking into the organization.
