About The Position

We are looking for a Freelance Google Business Profile Specialist to join our dental marketing agency, Whiteboard Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing
Google Business Profiles for our clients
helping them improve their online presence and attract new patients. As well as assist in generating online reviews and manage the reputations of our existing client base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in managing Google Business Profiles (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn new things quickly
• Desire to continue education and grow in the field of marketing

Responsibilities

• Profile Completeness: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles according to best practices. A complete Google Business Profile is more likely to be found
• Posts: Share news, updates, and promotions with current and potential patients
• Review Reputation Generation and Maintenance: Help build trust and attract new patients; generate reviews through campaigns, and maintain by responding to negative reviews.
• Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to help clients achieve their business goals- new patients and brand reach.
• Continued Education: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, changes, ranking factors, and best practices.
