About The Position

We are looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer with deep expertise in Punchh loyalty and Attentive SMS to help build and operate a behavior-driven CRM program for a fast-casual restaurant brand. This role will require up to 35 hours per month. This role will focus on designing and executing automated lifecycle journeys that convert first-time guests into repeat, loyal customers, working alongside our paid media team to support an acquisition-first growth model.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience operating Punchh loyalty marketing programs
  • Deep knowledge of Attentive SMS lifecycle automation
  • Experience with restaurant, QSR, or multi-location retail brands
  • Familiarity with POS/CDP-driven marketing stacks (Toast, Olo, Bikky, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and retention marketing

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated lifecycle flows in Punchh and Attentive (onboarding, second-visit acceleration, frequency building, lapse recovery, and high-value guest programs)
  • Develop behavior-based segmentation strategies using transaction and loyalty data
  • Create and optimize SMS and email messaging tied to guest state and purchase behavior
  • Translate menu-level and behavioral insights (via Bikky/CDP data) into targeted offers and messaging
  • Implement offer governance and testing frameworks to improve retention, AOV, and visit frequency
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly insights and optimization recommendations
