We are looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer with deep expertise in Punchh loyalty and Attentive SMS to help build and operate a behavior-driven CRM program for a fast-casual restaurant brand. This role will require up to 35 hours per month. This role will focus on designing and executing automated lifecycle journeys that convert first-time guests into repeat, loyal customers, working alongside our paid media team to support an acquisition-first growth model.
