About The Position

Spring Studios Milan is looking for a freelancer, skilled and imaginative Copywriter with experience in ensuring that all contents are strategically and creatively planned and produced to excellent standards. This role will answer directly to the Creative Director and the Chief Strategy Officer at Spring Milan and will work closely with all the internal departments.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Italian and exceptional proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in creative environment with global brands.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about lifestyle, art, travel, fashion, beauty and luxury.
• Brand marketing and digital experience is a must.
• An interest in marketing and communications and the willingness to support multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Possess a strong strategic and creative perspective.
• Independent and self-motivated working style.
• Excellent organizational skills and outstanding communication skills.
• Excited to work with a small multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Self-motivated, problem solver with leadership qualities.
• Strong team spirit, self-motivation and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate well to colleagues from various departments and offices, freelancers and clients.
• Ability to work well within a group.
• Legally eligible to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, accurate copy in English and Italian.
• Ability to be a creative storyteller who knows how to package and create multimedia content that grabs attention in an online/digital environment across different formats.
• Writing and editing in creative spaces, such as consumer-focused copywriting, social marketing, short-form digital, scriptwriting or entertainment journalism.
• Managing and delivering digital content in fashion/luxury environment.
• Collaborate with the strategy and creative departments to create high standards contents.
• Provide editorial strategy and support, including creative and effective copy, for a wide range of marketing projects.
• Captions editing and proofreading.
• Presenting and participating in calls and meetings.
• Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to meet project milestones, internal team needs, and client expectations.
