About The Position

We're partnering with an energetic, high-growth restaurant client to build their customer data platform strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a dynamic brand leverages data to fuel expansion, inform leadership decisions, and create meaningful customer experiences during a pivotal growth phase. You'll work alongside our paid media and data teams in a collaborative, partnership-driven environment where agility and strategic thinking are valued as much as technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with customer data platforms (Segment, Treasure Data, Tealium, Adobe CDP, or similar)
  • Proven experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or multi-location retail environments
  • Strong understanding of CRM integration, loyalty program data, and point-of-sale system connections
  • Track record of building CDP strategies from ground zero through successful implementation
  • Experience creating segmentation frameworks and audience strategies for marketing activation
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with restaurant/hospitality customer data challenges (transaction data, location-based behavior, order frequency patterns)
  • Familiarity with common restaurant tech stack integrations (Toast, Square, Olo, loyalty platforms)
  • Experience supporting paid media teams with audience building and attribution modeling
  • Background working with high-growth brands navigating rapid expansion
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift quickly

  • Build the foundation: Develop a comprehensive CDP strategy tailored to restaurant/hospitality operations, customer journey touchpoints, and growth objectives
  • Drive integration: Design and implement data architecture that unifies customer interactions across online ordering, loyalty programs, in-store experiences, and digital channels
  • Enable decision-making: Create actionable insights and reporting frameworks that empower leadership to make data-informed strategic decisions
  • Optimize activation: Establish segmentation strategies and audience-building capabilities that enhance paid media performance and lifecycle marketing
  • Collaborate seamlessly: Partner with our internal teams to ensure CDP strategy aligns with broader marketing initiatives and client goals
  • Scale thoughtfully: Build systems and processes designed to grow with the business during this high-growth period
