Every transaction you analyze, every potential fraud pattern you catch, and every process improvement you drive directly protects our assets and empowers teams across the company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, MIS, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for identifying risk and opportunity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and fast-paced priorities without missing details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate level)
  • A self-starter attitude and strong sense of ownership toward preventing loss

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing transaction patterns to identify potential losses or fraud.
  • Collaborating with stores, Treasury Operations, IT, and Safety & Asset Protection to mitigate risk.
  • Managing processes for returned checks, chargebacks, and other high-risk activities.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales accuracy, bad debt, and fraud trends.
  • Assisting with training and educational initiatives on chargeback and loss prevention.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects that strengthen risk management and fraud detection.
