About The Position

We’re looking for an early-career Fraud Analyst to join our Special Investigations Unit (SIU), reviewing referred claims, gathering key data, and providing investigative support that helps prevent fraud and protect our policyholders. 💼 What We’re Offering Full-time Fraud Analyst position in Oklahoma City, OK with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Hourly salary target of $24 - $27 with a comprehensive benefits package including: Free employee medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Company match 401(k) with immediate vesting Annual performance-based merit increases and incentive bonus Generous paid time off, wellness leave, holidays, and more Stimulating work environment with complimentary drinks and snacks 📌 The Role & What You’ll Do The Fraud Analyst supports the Special Investigations Unit by conducting specialized research and background/public‑records searches on referred claims, managing outside investigation assignments, and maintaining accurate, audit‑ready case files and reports for internal business partners. You’ll coordinate with Claims, Underwriting, Legal, and external vendors while following all chain‑of-custody and confidentiality standards. This is a learning‑focused role with job-shadowing, required SIU and workers’ compensation training, and ongoing coaching to build skills for future Fraud Investigator opportunities. 👤 Who We’re Looking For Our team is disciplined, independent, and highly collaborative. Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and workers’ compensation is beneficial but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Insurance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and public‑record search tools; familiarity with Case IQ or i-Sight and Guidewire (or similar systems) is a plus
