About The Position

Conduct and coordinate investigations for all products, except Latin Life and complex Account Takeovers, for American Fidelity and its affiliates that are considered simple to moderately complex, specializing in fraudulent claims, and identifying miscalculations, taking the appropriate steps to bring about correction. Report known or suspected fraud to insurance departments and/or law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable state and federal fraud statutes. Development, implement, and presentation of fraud awareness training (in person and web training) to American Fidelity and its affiliates Colleagues including travel to affiliate offices throughout the country, to provide full compliance of insurance department requirements and corporate policies and procedures related to fraud.
