About The Position

The Franchise Sales Rep plays a key role in driving Crumbl’s national and international growth strategy. This position is responsible for strategically selling franchises to both new and existing franchisees, supporting overall expansion efforts through market insight, relationship building, and execution of the franchise sales process. This role is a base plus commission role.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and set deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Franchise Partners

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and development of the Crumbl brand across domestic and international markets.
  • Analyze market data to identify and evaluate new franchise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective franchisees
  • Evaluate both new and existing leads, ensuring alignment with Crumbl’s franchise standards and goals.
  • Manage the full franchise sales process, from initial contact through deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Manage the sale of single and multi-unit franchise deals to approved franchisees
  • Assist franchisees in relocating or adjusting territories when their target areas are not viable.
  • Serve as a point of contact for franchisees during the sales and growth process, providing timely support via calls and emails.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Franchise Sales to address process-related challenges and help develop solutions for the sales team.
