About The Position

The Franchise Development Operations Specialist supports the growth of the brand by managing development systems, franchise transaction tracking, and operational processes that support the franchise development pipeline. This role serves as the primary administrator for development systems and ensures accurate reporting, efficient transaction management, and seamless coordination across internal teams including Legal, Operations, and Marketing. A Day in the Life Franchise Development Systems Administration Serve as primary administrator for FranConnect (Sales and Info Manager modules) Manage user access, workflows, data integrity, and reporting Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with FranConnect support Maintain development data accuracy and reporting dashboards Manage temporary closures and other ad hoc system updates Franchise Transaction & Pipeline Management Track and process franchise development transactions including new licenses, transfers, renewals, remodels, relocations, and closures Maintain accurate records of development activity and deal status Partner with Legal to track document execution and transaction timelines Support reporting on franchise pipeline and development activity Business Development Operations Build and distribute development reports for leadership Support development team initiatives including market mapping, development strategy, and pipeline management Manage location administration within ProfitKeeper Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows Coordinate trade shows, vendor relationships, and development marketing collateral

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and improve processes
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in franchise development, operations coordination, CRM administration, or business operations
  • Experience managing CRM or franchise development systems (FranConnect preferred)
  • Strong Excel or reporting skills preferred
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

  • Experience supporting multi-unit or franchise organizations is a plus

Responsibilities
