Position Overview We are adding a second Franchise Development Manager to support strong inbound demand across our brands. This is a high-impact, high-earning role for a consultative closer who can confidently guide qualified candidates through the full franchise decision process. You will manage your own pipeline from first conversation through signed agreement and partner closely with our existing Development Manager to ensure a strong candidate experience. Periodic travel for broker conferences, regional events, and Discovery Days is required. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, follow-through, and meaningful upside, and wants to work within a professional, well-run organization.
