The Franchise Development Associate plays a key role in the success of the Franchise Development Department at Cruise Planners. This individual will support all functions of the Franchise Development team from prospecting to follow up with open deals and onboarding future franchise owners. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building relationships in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
