This is a full-time role for a product professional who is ready to bring their creativity, tenacity, and hustle to our product development team. The ideal candidate for this role will be an energetic self-starter, excellent communicator, takes pride in owning projects beginning to end, has elevated aesthetic standards, and has the interest and aptitude to learn multiple complex product categories. Ideally, they also want to grow their career in product development and are hungry to learn. This will be hybrid working model role based out of our Orange County office. Requirements

  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; HIGHLY detail oriented and meticulous
  • Affinity for process improvement, creation, and a strong eye for quality and category trends
  • Creativity, solution-driven thinking, and sensibility for production execution
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods development; experience working with international vendors and different time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Works with Product Development Managers and Vice President to support projects for the department, including IP, product updates and other special projects
  • Liaison between overseas manufacturers and internal teams like marketing and sales on various projects such as packaging updates, specification requests, reorder issues, etc
  • Effectively troubleshoots and prioritizes any issues to ensure projects are on track
  • Keeps launch calendar with marketing current and works with Product Development managers to keep Product Log current
  • Facilitates sample requests as needed for sales and video/photoshoots
  • Manages product projects beginning to end for specific retail products requested by sales department Project management a heavy focus, so organization skills and attention to detail is imperative
