As a Franchise Business Coach on the Ground Guys team, a typical day for you will include: Green-thumbed guidance: Leverage your lawn care, landscaping, and design-build expertise to provide practical and strategic support to franchisees. Data-driven decisions: Analyze key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities, helping franchisees optimize their operations and maximize profitability. Motivational coaching: Inspire and empower franchisees through personalized feedback, goal setting, and success celebrations. Partnership with the franchisor: Maintain clear communication, ensuring franchise compliance and providing valuable insights on the system's effectiveness. Requirements

5+ years of experience in franchise, business consulting, or small business ownership, specifically within the lawn, landscape, and grounds care industry.
Proven track record of improving business performance through strategic planning and financial analysis.
A deep understanding of P&L statements and diverse field operations.
Green thumbs and design-build expertise to provide hands-on guidance on landscaping and construction projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with franchisees.
Problem-solving prowess to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
A lighthearted personality with a knack for motivating and inspiring others.
