About The Position

The Framer at Michaels in Bismarck, ND, is responsible for building customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions for their art. This role involves assisting customers in the store, ensuring a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment, and delivering sales and production results. The Framer will embrace and execute personal design principles using the Elevated ABC Deliver method to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions. They are also responsible for completing framing orders with high quality and on time, maintaining the ready-made frame department, and providing friendly customer service. Additionally, the role includes supporting store operations such as truck un-load, stocking, operating the cash register, and assisting with Omni channel processes.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.

Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop

Support shrink and safety programs

Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards

Assist with Omni channel processes
