The Framer position at Michaels involves building customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions for their art. This role also includes assisting customers with shopping, maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Framers are expected to deliver sales and production results, complete framing orders with high quality and on time, and manage the ready-made frame department. They also provide friendly customer service, support shrink and safety programs, participate in truck un-load and stocking, operate cash registers, and assist with Omni channel processes.
