About The Position

LaForce is looking for a 1st Shift Metal Fabricator to play a key role in producing high-quality hollow metal frames and components. Your hands-on work will help ensure precision, safety, and reliability on every project. What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC Mechanical Shears, Hydraulic Press Brakes, and Punch Presses. Operate spot-welding equipment. Read and interpret shop orders, drawings, and frame templates. Safely operate forklifts to move materials. Maintain accurate paperwork and production records. Support other fabrication operations as needed. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED. 1–3 months of related fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided). Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and procedures. A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds.
