As a Fragrance Development Manager, Fine Fragrance, you’ll shape the future of our clients’ brands by creating compelling, high‑impact fragrances that win in the market. You’ll partner closely with Fine Fragrance perfumers, bringing consumer insights, creative inspiration, and strategic thinking to every brief. With your growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Fine Fragrance evaluation, you’ll guide olfactive strategy, lead client presentations, and influence key decisions. Technical knowledge, along with experience translating fragrances into line extensions and ancillary categories, is a strong plus.
