We're hiring a Fractional People Operations & HR Generalist to help us professionalize, de-risk, and evolve our people operations as we continue to rapidly scale. This role will partner closely with the Founder/CEO, Chief of Staff, accounting partners, and payroll provider to ensure our employment practices are compliant, documented, and scalable — while also leaving room to support culture, talent strategy, and people leadership as needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute day-to-day HR administration and think strategically about how people systems support business growth. Our immediate objectives are to de-risk multi-state W-2 employment and payroll compliance, reduce founder drag on HR and people operations, create clean and documented people processes that scale, and support a strong, intentional employee experience and culture.
