Fractional CFO/Remote/Investment Management
About The Position
Charles River CFO, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced, fractional CFO for our client. This is a remote position. MUST HAVE: Extensive investment management experience. No exceptions. Position Details: Schedule: 40 hours per week initially through Feb 2025 reducing to 5-10 hours per week. Location: Fully Remote Start Date: Immediate need Responsibilities: Fractional CFO with experience in complex scientific based (mathematical physics) asset management firms ie: public charity, RIA Asset Management , private equity regulations , Tier 2 and Tier 3 asset valuation, accounting, reporting and audit prep. Perform other duties as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 10+ years of accounting/finance experience CFO experience with investment management experience as a CFO Systems used: QuickBooks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work Adherence to client policies and procedures Team-oriented and client-focused approach About Charles River CFO, Inc. Requirements
- Extensive investment management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
- CFO experience with investment management experience as a CFO
- Systems used: QuickBooks
