About The Position

Herbal Goodness is seeking a seasoned fractional B2B US Sales and Key Account Manager with proven experience in the US supplements and natural products vertical. The ideal candidate has an established network of buyers and decision-makers at key retailers, distributors, and specialty stores — and knows how to open doors, pitch effectively, and close deals. This role is not about learning the industry — it’s about leveraging your existing rolodex and experience to expand our retail presence quickly.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of getting supplement or natural product brands into retailers and key accounts (GNC, Sprouts, Whole Foods, CVS, Walgreens, specialty chains, ethnic retailers, etc.).
  • Existing rolodex of buyer contacts in the supplements/natural wellness vertical.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate product value propositions clearly.
  • Fractional/contract-based availability with focus on results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B retail accounts for Herbal Goodness and Goodness Botanicals Manufacturing.
  • Leverage existing relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and brokers to introduce our brand.
  • Pitch, present, and represent Herbal Goodness at a professional level.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B opportunities and regularly report on progress.
  • Negotiate and close deals that expand our distribution footprint.
  • Partner with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
