About The Position
CareDx, Inc. is a leading precision medicine solutions company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients and caregivers. CareDx offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions along the pre- and post-transplant patient journey, and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients. As an FP&A Intern, you will work alongside the Finance team to support forecasting, analysis, and reporting that directly informs business decisions. This role offers meaningful exposure to financial planning processes, executive level reporting, and data visualization, ideal for students looking to build a strong foundation in finance and analytics. You will contribute to budget to actual analysis, help create executive ready presentations, and partner with the team to enhance Power BI dashboards used by leaders across the organization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in finance, analytics, and how data supports business decisions
- Able to manage priorities, work independently, and meet project timelines
- Clear communicator who collaborates well in a team environment
- Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for business and finance leaders
- Analyze variances between budget, forecast, and actual results to identify trends and insights
- Support the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and financial reports
- Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across financial reporting
- Explore and evaluate potential AI use cases within FP&A workflows
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects to support team priorities
- Share progress updates and deliver a final project presentation at the end of the internship
