The FP&A Manager will drive financial analyses necessary for the company to achieve its objectives around operational excellence and profitable growth. You will be the key finance business partner to our Communication Solutions Business.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• 4-6 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or investment banking
• Demonstrated success in operating within a matrixed environment
• Strong financial acumen, including a thorough understanding of financial modeling techniques
• Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and visualization tools

• Ability to participate in strategic decision making as a financial subject matter expert, but also as a broader business partner
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple business owners to drive financial performance in the business
• Lead revenue forecasting and analysis across multiple subscription and transaction-based products
• Participate in the development of multi-year strategic plans and lead the planning process across multiple time horizons
• Support the development of executive communications for high-level, high-visibility presentations
• Synthesize large, disparate data sets into actionable insights for company decision makers
• Support the launch of the TruAudience Platform, a state-of-the-art Marketing Solutions suite of products unifying the management, segmentation, enrichment and activation of customer data
