This FP&A Manager will work closely with the Founder & CEO to support company-wide strategic and financial decision-making. The role is highly cross-functional and focused on building clear financial narratives, models, and insights that inform leadership, board, and investor discussions.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Strong Excel financial modeling and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and handling ambiguous requests
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in high-growth startups or technology companies preferred
Responsibilities
- Support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and runway analysis
- Build and maintain strategic financial models related to growth, pricing, and unit economics
- Prepare financial materials for board meetings and investor updates
- Partner with CEO on ad-hoc analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and trade-offs
- Collaborate with functional leaders to connect operational plans to financial outcomes
- Help ensure a consistent, accurate financial story across leadership communications
