About The Position

This role offers an opportunity to drive financial strategy and operational planning in a fast-growing, creative, and data-driven environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of finance experience, with strong FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting background.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative environment.
  • Experience in high-growth consumer, technology, or AI-driven companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting scenario analysis and strategic decisions.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial strategy alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A tools, processes, and reporting efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and analysis to support key business initiatives and growth opportunities.
