FP&A Manager (Remote from US)
About The Position

Requirements
- 5+ years of finance experience, with strong FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting background.
- Proven ability to build and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative environment.
- Experience in high-growth consumer, technology, or AI-driven companies.

Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting scenario analysis and strategic decisions.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Partner with business leaders to monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial strategy alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A tools, processes, and reporting efficiency.
- Provide guidance and analysis to support key business initiatives and growth opportunities.
