As the FP&A Manager, you will act as a key finance business partner for the LATAM region, owning Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), providing executive financial insights to improved profitability, forecast discipline, and capital allocation decisions along with reporting, and collaborating with local finance teams to support regional performance and strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
  • Financial and Accounting Systems: Knowledge of functions, features and capabilities of financial and accounting systems; ability to use financial and accounting applications specific to the organization.
  • Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple business units to provide insights and analysis in the preparation of strategic investment decisions
  • Ensure adherence to corporate procedures related to acquisitions of capital assets, leases, and new product introductions
  • Provide technical expertise and support the business processes utilizing business analysis techniques
  • Work with business partners to independently resolve problems and act as a leader in investment proposal development for all assigned programs
