And we do it all with heart, each and every day. We are seeking a strong candidate for the role of Manager, FP&A to support expense managements for the Coram Home Infusion business segment. Reporting into the Sr Manager FP&A, you will be an integral member of the Coram FP&A team and will work hand in hand with the business unit to manage, plan, and analyze pharmacy operations & nursing expenses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related financial reporting and analysis work experience.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven knowledge of SAP or Oracle-based systems.
  • Proven experience of synthesizing and analyzing large sets of data.

Responsibilities

  • Month end close responsibilities.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting including all headcount, vendor spend, building and equipment, supplies and shipping, and more for specific operational areas.
  • Reporting on Weekly & Monthly results vs Budget/Forecast.
  • Tracking performance against forecast, identifying risks/opportunities versus the plan.
  • Being a resource for the Coram business leaders in understanding financial impacts of their actions & achievement of their metrics.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and reporting.
