About The Position

The FP&A Manager (Commercial) provides analysis and support for budgeting and forecasting needs while overseeing the growth and capabilities of the FP&A team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of recent experience in a FP&A role required.
• Experience in project management and advanced financial modeling required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data sets and analysis clearly and concisely.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
• Experience with BI tools (QlikView, Looker) required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle, Essebase, SmartView, EPBCS, or other planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader in new types of analytical tactics.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
• Conduct advanced planning, forecasting, and what-if analyses.
• Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management.
• Support on in-depth analysis as needed.
• Assist with the development and training of financial staff.
