About The Position

Flock Safety is seeking a Manager on the finance team who will support the supply chain and operations functions. As we have rapidly built out our suite of hardware products, the complexity of our capex spend has increased and we are looking for a manager to help scale our modeling capabilities and be at the center of strategic projects. This role will sit at an exciting intersection between the teams that build, sell, and implement our hardware and will drive all modeling & data analysis to support decision making across our capex spend.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related business field
  • An expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, who enjoys solving complex and unstructured problems
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid project management skills, ability to independently manage tasks on time
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, high-growth business environment
  • Work effectively and collaboratively cross functionally with your business partners
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets with ability to compile, transform, analyze, and present complex data sets
  • Proficiency in a data tools (Sigma) and a FP&A tools (Pigment)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field
