Remote FP&A Lead

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FP&A Manager. In this role, you will take the lead in analyzing and reporting revenue streams that support the ongoing growth of the organization. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role within the finance team, focusing on forecasting revenue performance and providing strategic insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensuring that the company remains competitive and financially robust in the market. Accountabilities Support FP&A deliverables for a $100M+ PE-backed SAAS company Lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of monthly revenue reporting Drive initiatives to optimize revenue through analysis of key drivers Collaborate with sales and product teams for accurate revenue forecasting Develop and refine financial models for various types of revenue analysis Monitor and analyze customer behavior and retention for growth opportunities Support acquisition-related revenue modeling and integration activities Contribute inputs for annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning Ensure accurate revenue and margin allocation by product lines Prepare detailed revenue presentations for Board meetings and investors Continuously improve revenue reporting accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools
- Experience in a Private Equity-backed or SaaS company is a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven and detail-oriented with a passion for financial performance

- MBA or CPA preferred
