The Lennox Finance team plays a critical role in analyzing, forecasting, and reporting financial KPIs. As the Finance Intern, you would provide financial reporting and analysis of the organization’s financial goals and initiatives. You will develop analytical, spreadsheet, and system skills at our Richardson, TX location. Gain exposure to top-line financial planning & analysis activities by assisting in forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and scenario planning Partner and collaborate with business functions to provide financial support and provide insights that support optimal business decision making Learn basic financial technical skills such as financial modeling, Excel, data gathering, handling big data, and data visualization Assist the financial period close process Assist in ad-hoc analysis, other financial research projects and analyses of operational results Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office, specficially Excel
Ability to effectively analyze large data sets to make decisions
Requires current enrollment in an accredited college or university program.
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Gain exposure to top-line financial planning & analysis activities by assisting in forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and scenario planning
