Requirements

  • Must have prior experience with the Planful FP&A platform in a consulting or corporate finance setting.
  • Background in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery roles, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • DAILY ACCESS TO RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to travel to and from client locations and our office locations
  • Strong collaboration skills and desire to work as a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Passion for client service and an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and performance management solutions, from discovery and design through go-live.
  • Partner with clients to understand financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes and translate needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Advise on best practices and challenge requirements that may limit long-term value or flexibility.
  • Manage configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption and outcomes.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, and risks to deliver predictable, on-time implementations.
  • Facilitate client training, enablement, and knowledge transfer to support smooth post-implementation handoff.
  • Support pre-sales activities through solution scoping, development of Statements of Work (SOWs), and participation in Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform future enhancements to implementation approaches, service offerings, and customer experience initiatives.
