Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the entire business, including assisting the Director of FP&A on high-impact initiatives and performance tracking Support monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and insights, incorporating relevant financial and operational KPIs Build and maintain robust models to forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow, and identify key performance drivers and trends Support the transition from spreadsheet-driven processes to system-based workflows, helping expand the use of NetSuite for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist business units by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that influence program performance the Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Capital Markets, Program Operations, Human Resources, and Product teams to ensure accuracy of financial inputs and alignment with business priorities Seamlessly partner with other stakeholders internally Report directly to the Director of FP&A

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel, including driver-based modeling and dashboard creation
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite or related Oracle tools used in budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights; experience building or maintaining dynamic dashboards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Background in working capital finance, factoring, supply chain finance, or receivables financing is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities
