About The Position

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping Landmark's financial strategy and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of corporate finance experience.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within real estate development.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial planning tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Monitor KPI trends and identify any unexpected variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve budgeting processes.
  • Create financial projections and operating forecasts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Provide insights on financial performance against budget and forecast.
  • Prepare NAV, equity roll forwards, and debt compliance schedules and reports.
  • Update weekly cash flow forecast and reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc business performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with ERP system management and financial process improvement.
  • Assist in building financial models to support strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with the CFO, VP of Accounting, Director of FP&A, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continually enhance budgeting processes and financial projections.
