About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy. The Role T1 Energy is looking for a high-impact FP&A Analyst that likes turning numbers into clarity. You'll support corporate financial reporting, planning, and performance management, working closely with the VP of FP&A and executive leadership to inform decisions that move the business. This role is equal parts analysis, storytelling and execution. You'll build models, track performance, create dashboards, and help leaders understand what's happening, why it's happening, and what to do next.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance,. Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and three-statement financials.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports, analyzing performance against budget and forecast.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, or similar) that translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to define, track, and interpret KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support executive and board-level materials, including financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve financial reporting and planning processes.
