About The Position

Lead the full financial planning cycle: forecasting, budgeting, and medium/long-term projections. Coordinate financial performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive recommendations. Manage cross-functional financial projects with regional or corporate impact. Develop advanced dashboards and executive reports for decision-makers. Act as a business partner with strategic areas (sales, marketing, operations). Evaluate investment cases, product profitability, mergers, acquisitions, and/or expansions. Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all critical financial information. Lead the implementation of improvements in financial processes, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in financial analysis within multinational companies.
• Advanced English
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience using Oracle Hyperion and SAP.
• Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Leadership without authority, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
• Technical expert; applies financial knowledge to highly complex contexts.
• Understands the commercial environment, financial impact, and how to influence strategic decisions.
• Leads key initiatives, guides other analysts, and coordinates cross-functional projects.
• Develops innovative solutions for complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Directly influences high-level decisions; drives measurable results.
• Communicates persuasively with senior stakeholders; presents analysis in executive forums

Nice To Haves

• Applied knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and financial automation is a plus.
