Your Essential Responsibilities: In this position, you will: Recruit, nurture, deploy, and engage volunteers in regular administrative projects Provide administrative and ministry support to the Campus Pastor and ministry team Handle calendar scheduling as requested, file management, and correspondence (email/letter/phone) as necessary and coordinate calendars with all other church related ministry events as needed Calendar and book all Fountain Hills campus events in eSpace; coordinate and communicate with Facilities, A/V and Communications for all event needs Coordinate and attend monthly Community Sunday event Work closely with Central teams (Human Resources, Risk Management, Security, Facilities, etc.) on related items and events Manage correspondence from the other campuses Coordinate with Central Communications team for weekend slides, bulletin announcements, webpage, etc. Articulate church vision, mission, and strategic initiatives in all communication Provide financial budgets to departments as requested; A/P entries Process check requests for ministry expenses Assist with database administration in coordination with Rock Program Manager Recruit, nurture and deploy volunteers in regular administrative projects Other Responsibilities (Non-Essential): Attend weekly staff meetings and act as liaison from staff to Pastor and Campus to Central Related duties or special projects as assigned QualificationsKnowledge of: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Basic office systems Database management systems Demonstrated competency in: Interpersonal savvy Process Management Problem solving Personal Qualifications: Committed to spiritual growth Relationally unified Servant-hearted Operates in grace and truth Ability to: Listen, affirm, and provide information to campus team to help with solving problems and questions Learn new systems (database, etc.) Organize and sustain a complex, multi-faceted office Anticipate problems and communicate solutions, as well as keep Campus Pastor aware of these situations Discern needs and respond appropriately Maintain a high degree of professionalism and accuracy Education and/or experience: Bachelor’s degree from recognized institution of higher learning or equivalent experience 4-5 years of successful experience in administrative support and/or church executive leadership Communication background preferred
