This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

  • No prior foundry experience required – training will be provided
  • Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
  • This position requires compliance with ITAR requirements. Must be a "U.S. Person" (per ITAR 120.15) and are required to show proof substantiating this upon being hired.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with foundry operations, including molding, pouring, and finishing processes
  • Operate and monitor foundry equipment under supervision
  • Handle raw materials and finished products
  • Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned
  • Support production goals and maintain quality standards
