About The Position

We’re looking for a cracked technical recruiter to work 100% remote and help us scale the most talent-dense EPD org in NYC You’ll work directly with the founders, own critical searches end-to-end, and learn what it takes to scale a company from zero to one. The right person is genuinely passionate about recruiting as a craft - you know the tech scene well, understand where the best talent is and how to get them into pipeline, and have experience going 0 - 1 If you’re motivated by impact, growth, and the opportunity to become a true operator, this role will give you the platform to do it.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiter experience with direct startup experience sourcing/recruiting.
  • Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies.
  • Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach.
